One outlet isn’t as high on Illinois as preseason polls seem to indicate…are we sure they should be better than Nebraska this year?

We’ve seen a lot of different outlets put Illinois as a Top 10/15 team, but Circa Sports put out their win total numbers yesterday and had the Illini at 7.5 wins…the same as Nebraska, Washington, Iowa and USC. Wisconsin was notable at 5.5 wins; Ohio State and Oregon both at 10.5 wins and Penn State at 10 wins.
