Penn State has done something this year that has never been done in the HISTORY of college football

We all know that preseason rankings are something to be mocked with how much things change through the year---but even with that, Penn State has done something so bad that it’s never happened before Penn State’s 3-5 record through 8 games is the worst EVER ranking for a team that started No. 1 or No. 2 preseason.
