71 | How to Give Your Kids Eczema-Healing Supplements

Hey Eczema Parent Warriors, Kids and supplements are a tricky combo. A lot of what’s out there isn’t much better than straight up candy and has a lot of extra ingredients. The ones that don’t come in capsule form or as a powder and then that scenario begs the question… how do you get them to take it? If you’re going through the rigaromole of buying and trying to administer the supplements, you better be certain they are going to eat them. We know since we are dealing with an autoimmune condition, the gap in certain nutritional needs is so big from where they are to where they need to be to have a functioning immune system, digestive system and skin barrier that they need to take supplements to get over that hump.
