The definition of a culture is the patterns of behaviour in a group of people. But is it that simple? In this episode we dive into what this means in a school context and discuss how its both visible and invisible, seen and unseen. When culture is great or poor, people know it when they feel it but can’t always describe it. But how do we as school leaders guide, shape and influence culture?
