Jesus answers questions from the audience about the material covered in the previous presentation 'Governing Emotions.' Topics include; discussions presented about faith and how to develop aspirations, how living under the threat of abuse is a multiple event based emotion, dealing with repetitive fear and terror, and the false beliefs and addictions associated with preventing emotion, the need for substantial deconstruction of addictions before we can access 'global' terror, how during an emotional experience there is very little thought and gives personal examples, the need to address our willingness to feel, discusses unwillingness and not judging having tantrums about emotions, examples of 'global', multiple event, and single event emotions, discusses and compares single and multiple event emotions, allowing oneself to remember the event and the additional fears created that prevented the experience, compares facade based avoidance with getting into stored emotional experience, how avoiding terror causes us to go around in never ending circles that erode faith, how real faith cannot be used as an addiction to avoid emotion, compares living in terror with actually feeling the emotion of terror, how fear is felt in cycles because we still have false beliefs we are processing through and the cycle of fear and pain when we are actually releasing pain.
