EG Like Sunday Morning: LGBTQ+ attitudes, actions and allyship

For the latest weekly round-up, Jess Harrold is joined by news editor Pui-Guan Man and two special guests - Kelly Canterford, founder of Tigrou Consulting and Misa von Tunzelman, Head of Corporate Affairs & Marketing - Europe at Lendlease, who are the co-chair and a board member respectively  at Freehold – to discuss the results of EG’s latest LGBTQ+ Attitudes & Actions in Real Estate survey. Together, they dissect the key findings in respect of the percentage of LGBTQ+ respondents who are out at work, and a growing number that say they would recommend the industry as a good place to work to the LGBTQ+ community. In addition, they look at factors that still prevent some LGBTQ+ professionals from being out, the particular challenges faced in the transactions and capital markets sector, and what businesses and colleagues should be doing to make their workplaces more inclusive.
