What remedies are available to landlords post moratorium?

Following the lifting of the moratorium on forfeiture for commercial rent arrears on 25 March 2022, commercial landlords once again have a range of options available to either recover outstanding debt or regain possession of their premises. To discuss those options, Sarah Jackman is joined by Ian McEwan and Paula Green, property dispute partners at law firm RWK Goodman.
