She is passionate about leadership and culture change management, having completed a postgrad course in systemic practice. Her approach involves continuous improvement, looking at what works well and what doesn't. Amanda believes that change starts with oneself, encouraging clients to do the same. She has previously worked with a small business of 30-35 staff and helped them grow to almost 100 staff. Amanda, along with the help of Liz Allan's Lean training, supported team leaders who were previously engineers and technicians new to management roles.
