This week, as we approach the end of Pride Month, the GOLD team looks into how the industry can proactively support patients and staff who are part of the LGBTQ+ community.   Join Isabel and Jade as they look at how the industry can avoid 'rainbow washing' and tokenism to drive a positive change both inside and outside their organisations.
