To do something ahead of time - to plan in advance to to do something before it needs to be done. To cancel it outright - to do something 'outright' means to do it completely Multitasking - to do more than one thing at a time Habit stacking - to add new habits to old habits to make them easier to do and remember https://mint.intuit.com/blog/how-to/habit-stacking/ Dead time - useless time that can't be effective or productive for some reason A game plan - just means a plan of how to proceed Mental friction - when you find something hard to do for some reason, such as not wanting to go to a party because your Ex will be there.
