Vocabulary Wipe out humanity - phrasal verb - to 'wipe out' means to make something extinct, or no longer exist Leading a resistance - to be in charge of a fight back, often against a larger or more dangerous force, sometimes against a fascist force. Spin off - a book or a movie featuring characters, storylines, or worlds featured in other books or movies. For example The Avengers movies and Spiderman or Iron Man. Robotics are still in their infancy. - we use 'infancy' to in this way to describe things that are just beginning, often technologies. Logistics - the movement of stuff Prosthetic - the limbs created for people who have lost a limb through illness or war.
