21: The Ocean of Emotion

Addiction is simply a cascading of emotional reflexes over which we have no control.  These are default emotional reflexes.  When we become motivated by the bigger movie, it is exciting to get confident comfortable and familiar with our default reflexes.  Then by our free choice we learn about and practice gratitude for our freedom to glimpse through the Lens of Awe and Wonder another gift of choosing to make the world a better place because we are here:  Only to be surprised again by another rogue wave of emotion as we slowly learn of the gratitude pathway within the emotional anatomy guiding our hearts home.   Dr. Gilgamesh To support this show and to continue our interactive discussions by you can visit: Patreon.com/emotionalanatomy
