13. Your power to choose your life

In todays episode, I talk about a topic that comes up in so many conversations, and that is people think they don't have power or control over their lives. I'm talking about our every day, every hour, every week and what that looks like down to the meals we eat, to the relationships we're in. The fact is that you have the control, you've always had the control and you get to choose to use it or forfeit it.
