6. Choose to use your Power

In today's episode we're going to talk about your power and your choice to use it. So you can transform your lives and finally live that life you want. Every decision has always been within your power. The power to choose to and be aware that we have always actively chosen. I'll share how we've never been taught that you do have the power to experience and go through a situation and come out the way you desire.  Through this episode I will guide you to see there is an alternative way so you don't feel the guilt, manage the thoughts, and choose your power.
