8. Feelings are not facts, take control over them

Today, I want to talk to you about how we are classically conditioned through our programming and we are told how to feel when we do something or anything that could be wrong or right. How people treat us triggers us in so many ways and I want you to know that when you allow it to do that, it means you give up your power. You have the power to choose your feelings, rewire your conditioning and know you don't have to struggle in feeling sad or depressed over how someone made you feel. You can choose your feelings and practice taking control of your feelings and so you can take control of your life.
