EP 22: Hoops x Mental Health | Courtney Felke

On this episode, I am joined by former University of Evansville guard, Courtney Felke. In our conversation, Courtney describes the challenges of her journey, and how learning more about herself internally freed her to come alive and play the sport she loved.  After graduating as one of the top shooters in UE school history, she stayed in the game as a grad assistant at the University of Northern Iowa, and later at the University of Toledo. In her role, she helped athletes discover their potential by engaging with them in a meaningful way on and off the court.  Courtney is now a one-on-one Life Consultant and helps individuals connect with themselves where they feel stuck and learn to dream without limitations.
