Let's talk about it :)  On this episode I am joined (IRL!!) by my friend Courtney Felke for a raw conversation around seeing your younger self, showing up with compassion and holding space for healing. She asks me questions that open up possibilities to engage with past seasons in a way that brings hope in to the present.  ICYMI, Courtney and I first connected back in June 2022 (Episode 22) to record a podcast on mental health and basketball. Since then, she's become like a sister to me and we had the opportunity to record THIS episode together in person!! Her friendship is a true gift, and in this conversation she shares wisdom that I'm confident will impact hearts of those who listen in...including mine. We laugh, we cry... (well I cry) and truly grateful for the goodness of God in this space!!
