Goals give the team shared purpose and direction, which is one of the characteristics of great teamwork.Another of the signs of great teamwork at work is an environment of trust. With trust you don’t have a team, just a collection of individuals. Collaboration and knowing that colleagues will do what they commit to is a sign of great teamwork at work.The third of the signs you have a great team is that team members will put the team first.
