15 | Get Teacher-Centered!

We always hear that our teaching needs to be student-centered. . . but what about our professional development?  If we want to truly support our teachers, their PD needs to be teacher-centered.  Join me in this episode to learn more about what that actually means. *NOTE: I make a BIG Mistake (HUGE) at about 2 min when I make what should be the most pivitol statement in the whole episode into a mistake and mess up my words.  (ugh)  It should be, "Turn that teacher-centered experience of your PD into STUDENT-centered experiences for your classroom."
