Every Enneagram type has a head center. While types Five, Six, and Seven overuse this center, the Body and Heart types underuse it.  In this episode, Uranio Paes explains that the majority of people use the most basic part of the lower Head Center too often and during inappropriate times. It is the mechanical part of the brain that is used to memorize information without critical thinking or reasoning. In this mode, people are vulnerable to confirmation bias because anything that challenges the current way of thinking is avoided. Uranio describes the phases of developing the Head Center and how it can test our understanding of the world around us.  Also, this episode’s Top Five is light-hearted.
