With a mission to facilitate healing and wholeness, Amanda believes in the power of establishing trusting relationships as the cornerstone of therapy.Her therapeutic approach is rooted in trauma-informed care and attachment-focused techniques. Amanda has completed Level One IFS training, is EMDR-certified and an EMDR consultant in training.
