I'm embarrassed, frustrated, exposed, sad, disappointed, upset at my behavior on a recent Professional Coaching call w/a cohort of about 15-20 other professionals. I share the story in this episode.   Where do you seek approval?    From whom do you seek approval?   From where do you seek validation?   From where do you get your value?    How valuable do you think you are?   Who impacts your mood?    What impacts your mood?    What is your identity?    Who are you?   It's ok to recognize how far you have to go, but don't forget how far you've already come.
