#302: Celebrate Your Small Wins! My Ego Didn't Need To Win Today In My BJJ Class

I rolled with the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) "Jesus" tonight! lol He was half my size & more than half my age and was twice as experienced as me in BJJ.    On any given day, how emotionally present & mindful are you?   What are some things you can do to become more present throughout the day?    20 y/o Jesus tapped me w/my favorite submission & I'm super proud that my ego didn't kick in & get frustrated & upset. That was a big win.
