Some of us respond to anxiety by refusing to accept we have it. Others experience anger or fear when it arrives. But running away from anxiety actually makes it worst. By labeling it and befriending it, makes the feelings not as strong. Instead, anxiety starts to lose power. Therefore, today we are going to practice in this way, to ease anxious thoughts and bring a sense of curiosity to the way you are feeling it in your body.
