Equestrian Perspective

62. Alison's Journey To Finding Joy With Horses Again After Years Of Battling Chronic Illness

14 Apr 2022

Description

In this episode, I chat with Alison Curtis, who has just completed my Confident Equestrian Program (CEP) on a one on one basis. Alison had years of experience with horses and always found it easy to spend time with them until she fell ill and battled chronic illness for five years. During the time she was ill, all she was able to do was feed her horses. Then as she began to recover, she suddenly lost her heart horse which added to the fear she was feeling about spending more time with her horses.  About a year later, she contacted me and joined the CEP to see if she could get back her joy with her horses again.  Together we chat about all of the above plus an honest reflection of how her journey in CEP unfolded, and she found happiness with her horses again, which she never thought would be possible three months ago.  Her journey is so inspiring. I am so happy for her and so grateful for the ability to be able to guide her on this journey.  To connect with Alison please click here: https://www.instagram.com/equiharmony.wellness/ https://www.facebook.com/equiharmonywellness To find out more about The Confident Equestrian Program please click here -  https://www.confidentequestrianprogram.com/CEP To connect with me click here  - https://www.facebook.com/felicitydavieshorsemanship https://www.instagram.com/felicitydavies_/
