In 1930, three new tester books were put onto the reading market. Nancy Drew, the teenage detective, was brave, resourceful and intelligent. She took on mysteries and criminals alike, facing everything in front of her with a keen intuition and an easy charm. If the books had not picked up so strongly with audience, The Bungalow Mystery would have been the last Nancy Drew book to print, slipping into obscurity with time. But, 92 years later, the female icon is still going strong. 00:00 Intro 01:12 Background 01:43 Age Level 02:00 Judge a Book by Its Cover 03:13 Discussion 40:19 General Thoughts 41:08 One Question for the Author 43:43 Rating 45:14 Read Again?
