Essens - en podd om det väsentliga

Li Hongshi and Patrik Ljung - Bring Home Your Heart - Awakening the Universal Life Force with Qigong

06 Nov 2025

Description

In this episode of Essens, I welcome two very special guests: my Qigong teacher and Health Coach, Patrik Ljung, and his own Qigong teacher, Teacher Li Hongshi from China. Since this is a global meeting of minds, the conversation is recorded in English. Patrik previously joined me for an earlier episode of the podcast (Episode 11) — if you haven’t listened to that one yet, I highly recommend it. (That conversation is in Swedish.) Teacher Li Hongshi is an international qigong master and a widely respected mind–body educator. With nearly four decades of teaching experience, he is known for his authentic, compassionate, and deeply insightful approach to cultivating inner vitality and well-being. In this episode, Teacher Li shares how qigong helps us heal and reconnect with Universal energy. We are all part of the Universe, yet when our energy (qi) cannot flow freely, we become unbalanced, unwell, or disconnected. He explores how love is the essence of qigong — and the essence of our lives as human beings. How do we cultivate qi and love to create greater health, clarity, and happiness? Teacher Li worked closely with Dr. Pang Ming, played a key role in training instructors at the renowned medicine-free healing center in China, and is the author of Bring Home Your Heart, a book that delves into healing, awareness, and the transformative power of internal energy. His teaching is a blend of warmth, humor, and profound wisdom — inviting students not only to move, but to transform. Welcome to a warm, expansive, and mind-opening conversation about life, love, and the essence of being human.   If you want to connect with Teacher Li Hongshi, reach out to Patrik Ljung: [email protected]  Read more about Patrik here  Follow Patrik on Linkedin Follow Anna Nordengren on Instagram and Linkedin Read more about Chi Neng Instituut and Patricia van Walstijn here
