In this episode of Essens, I welcome two very special guests: my Qigong teacher and Health Coach, Patrik Ljung, and his own Qigong teacher, Teacher Li Hongshi from China. Teacher Li Hongshi is an international qigong master and a widely respected mind–body educator.
