Cruise Shutdown Questions #1: What To Do About Cruise Bookings And Plans?

With the developments we are facing, I will not be posting regular cruise tips and cruising until it looks like life and the way we live is returning back to more normal, and the cruise shutdown is able to be lifted safely.
