The Made in America Tax Plan, One Month Later: Where Do We Stand and How to Prepare for an Everchanging Legislative Environment

One month since President Biden's release of The Made in America Tax Plan, and the initial Congressional responses to the Plan, there has been significant political jockeying between the Biden Administration and Congressional leadership. Proposals and counterproposals have been made, bipartisan meetings have occurred, Congressional hearings ongoing, and the legislative environment remains fluid.
