Here is my goal-setting process for 2024! I’m so excited about this because it is designed for the following: • Accessing clarity to select the right goals; rather than those we feel we ‘should’ pick • Allowing us to reap the benefits of a full year window with its dreamy quality - without the overwhelm of worrying if it’s the right quantity and magnitude • As usual considering prioritisation and season to have it all without feeling like we have to do it all at once.
