Increasingly in my coaching work, I am asked about my own career journey. I guess this is because I made that pivot from the world of professional and financial services to an independent, entrepreneurial career. I seem to be working with a lot of individuals on the vision builder who are currently thriving in their professional or financial services roles - and they envision something a bit more autonomous or independent in the next decade.
