What’s your default strategy when you’re feeling a bit burned out? Book a sunny trip or getaway? Nothing wrong with that. But there are other (maybe better) ways to powerfully recharge too… As we contemplate our weekends or even the busy month ahead, let’s get a little more strategic and intentional about the way we rest. When the opportunity arises, let’s rest hard!  To do this, we need to know : 1) how exactly powerful rest will benefit us  2) the different types of rest  3) our own unique formula for powerful rest  Save this for your weekend walk and here’s to a restful hour at some point this week or weekend!
