But even in the midst of the firehouse chaos, his passion for winemaking quietly burned. That passion eventually ignited into a full-blown journey, and Cuatro Dias was born—named after the four-day firefighter shifts that shaped his life and gave him time to dream big. Now, Greg pours his heart into every bottle, blending the strength of his past with the creativity and finesse of his present.
