Several weeks into winter conditioning work-outs Iowa football players are learning a number of new names, most notably QB Cade McNamara the transfer from Michigan and Wolverine team mate, tight end Erick All who likewise is now a Hawkeye. At this writing Iowa has nine transfer portal pick-ups, eight offensive, that hope to greatly assist a unit that struggled more often than not last season.Coach Kirk Ferentz and staff began organized staff meetings and analysis of every aspect of the program.
