Over the past year, Tren de Aragua has dominated headlines and become a political talking point in several countries in the region. Even US President Donald Trump has placed the group at the center of his rhetoric on new anti-immigration policies.The criminal group originated as a prison gang in Venezuela, led by Héctor Rusthenford Guerrero Flores, alias "Niño Guerrero."
