It helps you write new chapters and creates the meaningful story that you deserve to live. I've personally used therapy in the past as a tool to help me get through some times of loss and to also help me prioritize what was important in my life and help me focus on those and create a future that I was very happy in and very confident in. Therapy has been a great tool for me.
