(29:12-41:04) – Brian and Jimmy continue talking about the NFL Draft and come to the conclusion that Vegas is in the same boat as everyone else as to how tonight will unfold. Plus, they both admit that the draft is tonight because all the intriguing stories that come about in the waning moments prior to the draft.   (41:04-47:20) – Hour one concludes with Brian, Jimmy, and Eddie sharing the top three sporting events that they look forward to the most. (47:20-1:11:56) – NBC Sports Eric Froton joins the Fan Midday Show with Brian Noe and Jimmy Cook to dive into his final mock draft that he released yesterday, examines how long it would take for an NFL franchise to figure out if they have a franchise QB with this year’s prospects, looks forward to the 2024 draft class with Drake Maye and Caleb Williams, and which team he thinks will select C.J. Stroud tonight. (1:11:56-1:30:00) – ESPN’s host of Daily Wager Doug Kezirian joins Brian and Jimmy on The Fan to explain why there is constant line movement with some of the top picks in the draft, where he sees some of the most value to make money on the draft tonight, which linebacker he has being selected first, and if there is a live betting market.   (1:30:00-1:32:30) – The one o’clock hour concludes with Brian asking Jimmy and Eddie would they be more frustrated with Chris Ballard if he drafted Will Levis with C.J. Stroud on the board or not selecting a quarterback at all in the draft. (1:37:46-1:59:59) – Fox Sports Radio and SiriusXM’s Geoff Schwartz makes an appearance on the Fan Midday Show to explain why he has changed his mind set on evaluating the quarterback position, why he would punt on this year’s quarterback class, if it would be the right move for the Tennessee Titans to trade up for Stroud, and which position group outside of quarterbacks excite him the most.
