As I'm sure our listeners are aware, last week President Trump sent shockwaves across Europe after he called Zelensky a, quote, dictator without elections, implied that Ukraine started the war, and said the Ukrainian leader,
The message caused international uproar, particularly among NATO allies, as you might imagine, who accused the President of peddling Russian propaganda and marginalizing a critical regional ally. Well, Zelenskyy appears to have taken the attack in stride, telling reporters on Sunday that he wasn't offended, though he noted that a true dictator would have been offended.
