Democrats PANIC After PA Court Rules Mail in Voting UNCONSTITUTIONAL Proving Republicans RIGHT. The lawsuit arose following the claims by republicans Mike Kelly and Sean Parnell, among others, that the universal mail in voting was unconstitutional. In fact both democrats and republicans are currently trying to amend the constitution to make it constitutional proving that even they knew the law was no good.
