Kaliningrad is a Russian oblast and exclave surrounded by NATO states. By barring their goods Russia has vowed retaliation and we could see NATO now pulled directly into the Ukraine War and potentially World War Three. But another major factor is the destabilizing effect of a lack of food around the world. With many countries importing food from Ukraine and Russia the war could cause massive international destabilization and it would seem joe Biden is not up to the task.
