TV AGRO

La Trufa negra en Borgoña Francia - TvAgro por Juan Gonzalo Angel Restrepo

25 Aug 2025

Description

Twitter @juangangel Truffles are a type of mushroom characterized by their pleasant aroma and rich flavor. They resemble a small potato and have a rounded, though somewhat irregular, appearance. Their exterior is dark, while their interior is somewhat white or grayish. Some truffles are true gems in world gastronomy and can fetch prices of up to 6,000 euros per kilogram. But to talk about the Black Burgundy Truffle, let's first learn a little about this region. Burgundy is located in central France and is known worldwide for its vineyards and other culinary staples such as Dijon mustard. Today on Tvagro, we'll talk to Armelle Rion. She owns Domaine Rion, along with her husband Bernard and family, and was founded in 1896. Nearly five generations have shared their passion and expertise in Burgundy wines. These plains and small hills produce smooth and subtle wines, several of them with protected designation of origin. Source Juan Gonzalo Angel Restrepo www.tvagro.tv
