This contract signifies that the listing agent acknowledges and agrees to the following: One or more sign posts will be installed at the location specified in the installation order; the listing agent is entering into a lease agreement with IHI; the lease period is undetermined and renews every three months; it is the listing agent s responsibility to notify IHI when a listing has been terminated or expired; the listing agent has reviewed all fees and agrees to pay for all services provided by IHI upon completion of service or receipt of bill. INSTALLATION ORDER INFORMATION: It is the responsibility of the ordering agent or representative to COMPLETELY fill out the installation order form. IHI relies on the information provided by the ordering agent or representative. Your attention to this detail is sincerely appreciated. Any difficulties that IHI may encounter as a result of inaccurate or incomplete information may be subject to additional fees or service charges. LOTS: IHI requires specific directions to all lot installation order locations. If a lot has not been clearly staked and/or marked with the appropriate lot number, we will require the listing agent or representative to leave a sign or alternative marker at the lot location. POST HOLE LOCATION: It is at the discretion of IHI to find a suitable location for signage unless otherwise and specifically noted by the ordering agent or representative. Sign placement will be determined based upon the following: Traffic visibility, weather conditions, ground conditions, and brochure box accessibility, and will be in complete accordance with all CC & R's, state, local and county codes.
