Folge 13: Wohnen, emergenza affitti und Wohnungsnot überall

🇩🇪 Jede Person hat gerne ein Dach über dem Kopf. Allerdings hat sich im letzten Jahrzehnt die Lage auf dem Wohnungsmarkt in Deutschland und Italien stark verändert: Wohnen wird immer teurer und der Platz zum Wohnen wird trotz steigender Anfrage nicht mehr. Vanessa und Johanna fragen bei Chiara nach, wie sie die Wohnungssuche in Deutschland und Italien erlebt hat, unterhalten sich im Interview mit Dr. Matthias Bernt vom Leibniz-Institut für Raumbezogene Sozialforschung über die aktuellen Entwicklungen in Berlin und Europa und erfahren von Anna und Marco im Lessikonfetti, dass in den Wörtern, die wir für “wohnen” benutzen, seit jeher der Gedanken von Sesshaftigkeit und Beständigkeit steckt. 🇮🇹 A tutti piace avere un tetto sopra la testa. Tuttavia la situazione del mercato immobiliare è cambiata fortemente negli ultimi decenni in Germania e in Italia. Abitare in un posto è diventato sempre più costoso e lo spazio per vivere è sempre meno a causa della crescente domanda. Vanessa e Johanna domandano a Chiara come ha vissuto la ricerca di un appartamento in Germania e in Italia. Intervistano inoltre il dr. Matthias Bernt, dell'istituto di Leibniz che lavora come Raumbezogene Sozialforschung, sugli sviluppi attuali a Berlino e in Europa.
