The Federal Circuit Court Appeals Panel has ruled that the owners of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette have engaged in bad faith in dealing with contract negotiations for years.

The administration on Friday filed statements by Besant, Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnik and Secretary of State Marco Rubio in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington. They oversee the Court of International Trade, which previously ruled against the Trump regime, but stayed or paused their order pending a ruling by the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, and they in turn stayed their order pending a ruling by the United States Supreme Court.
