His overall demeanor is very, very impressive.

His belief that his process is right is advanced and the production obviously has been great, but his overall day-to-day activity both behind the scenes and in the game has been remarkable.

But you can have that where you have guys that have incredible – I've had pitchers –

who haven't given up a run in 12 innings, not make a team.

Or I've had guys that put up glossy numbers on the scoreboard who don't make a team.

I mean, there are guys that have tremendous camps who are going to be passed over.

There are also guys who have a longer list or longer resume of performance in the season that are going to get a little bit of a pass in the spring.

And so it's not one size fits all.

It's super frustrating for fans.

It's frustrating for people following the sport

because there's rhyme or reason behind every decision, but it's not easy.

It was really about just the last couple of weeks.

We went on a pretty long run of intense games and some travel.

We ended with a 14, I think 15 day road trip, counting the playoffs in the first round and then coming out here to Seattle.
