You see the finish line and everything and I looked at my watch and I was like debating.

I was like, do I help you or not?

Do I get a PB?

And for some reason, my instincts decided to take me over.

I was struggling to get him up, and if it wasn't for Robson to come over and help me, we wouldn't have been able to get there.

200 metres, roughly, is a long way to carry him.

As we got to the finish line, I had my arm around AJ, and I was calling for the wheelchair, and they kept flying past me and AJ, and I was like, what are you doing?

And it turned around and Robson was actually in a worse condition than AJ.

So it just goes to show how much of a selfless commitment there was by himself as well.
