The one thing I'll say about the Dodgers is there's a respect I have for them about how they've done it.

The bottom line is they're a really buttoned-up organization that happens to be playing at a different level financially than a lot of different players or different clubs, every club really.

First of all,

Putting on this uniform, the Yankee uniform, playing in New York, I think comes with an accountability that doesn't exist almost anywhere else.

So I would be different here than I am if I was managing somewhere else, quite frankly.

That's what I think.

I don't think I do.

I think I have a lot of difficult conversations, sometimes pretty animated conversations behind closed doors.

I'm not going to go do something in public to save face or do something that's perceived in a certain way.

That's not leadership.

That's tired, in my opinion.
