Yeah, for sure.
So I will tell people that I want them to be five for five in their fight against MS.
And it's because there's five things that I'm aware of that slow the disease down and can improve outcomes.
So number one is to exercise as part of your lifestyle.
And I want to point out that when I say part of your lifestyle, what that means to me is you don't get a reward when you do it and you're not punished when you don't do it.
So for example, I have a lifestyle of showering.
I don't tweet out about it.
Like, oh my God, I took a shower.
Like that's not a thing.
Right.
And if I didn't have a chance to shower in the morning, I just do it later.
Right.
And I need people to embrace exercise like that as part of their lifestyle.

And this needs to be-
be part of what you do, right?
So the second thing is to eat smart in the setting of MS that starts with vitamin D supplementation and water, but it becomes a really large conversation.
