When you have the right guy.

and the culture is right, you don't think about making a change.

But there's a lot of pressure that comes from the outside, and obviously that sways decisions from time to time, but it's not how I would do things and not how the league used to be.

I've answered that a number of times.

I've talked extensively about how I feel about Mike, and I just didn't have answers.

I wanted to talk about Rodgers.

I've been arguing with some friends.

I feel like he's an all-time great, but kind of had some moments, questionable moments.

I think he lost a lot of big games.

Last couple of years have been kind of ugly.

I was wondering what you guys think.

How are people going to remember his career?

I don't know.

It's really apropos of where we're at as a society and a league because obviously Matt's done a lot of great things in Green Bay and we had a lot of success.
