I really wish it was more prevalent.
Everybody talks about 44 Magnum, and you're like, good stuff.
Fuck that.
No, I totally get it.
And we had the whole discussion about .45 Colt being so fucking old, it's just underpowered for what it is.
So that or somebody needs to come out with a new, you know, that is the new .45 Colt.
But, like, tell me I can hot load my .45 Colt where a 250-gram bullet is going, you know, 1,500 feet per second, and your rifle will handle that, and then we don't have to have this discussion, and I'll just do a .45 Colt and hot load the piss out of it.
You know, if it'll handle a 44 Magnum and the pressures of that, can I hot load a 45 Colt to the pressures of a 44 Magnum?
I would think yes, because the receivers are the same.
The barrels are the same.
The, the, like everything's equivalent.
I would think if I loaded a 45 Colt to the pressure of a 44 Magnum, it would work.
But they don't say that.
So you don't do it.
So you're stuck with burning like cowboy loads or like lever evolutions, which are a little hotter, but they're still within Sammy specs.
So I need somebody to make the .45 Colt plus P, plus P, plus P, plus P, plus.
Or just put it in .454 Casull.
I like it.
I like it a lot.
What is the chamber pressure of a .44 Magnum?
